Welcome to the Yurts!
We have a blast here every year! The yurts are the newest unit at Camp McLeod and the second most enclosed living space on site. Each year brings something a little different, but throughout the week we enjoy a variety of organized activities such as archery, boating, swimming, and crafts!
A little more about our home:
These shelters are completely enclosed huts, each of which sleeps six and includes a mix of bunks and beds. This outdoor village unit has its own latrine, cooking equipment with two propane stoves, wheelchair access, and a boardwalk that connects it to the Forest Glade amphitheater. It also features its own fireplace—perfect for making s’mores!
We’re really looking forward to sharing this week with all of you!
If your camper is in 9th grade, this is where they’ll stay.
